- Well, im going home tomorrow, i kinda miss smelly oxnard, as strange as it may sound, so my mom is comming up here on halloween to bring me home along with chris and pancho if he could find someone to cover for him at work. So since I probably wont update tomorrow ill just say:

- Fox nearly sued itself over 'Simpsons' parody: Matt Groening
NEW YORK (AFP) - Rupert Murdoch's Fox News Channel threatened to sue the makers of "The Simpsons" over a parody of the channel's right-wing political stance, the creator of the hit US television show has claimed.
In an interview this week with National Public Radio, Matt Groening recalled how the news channel had considered legal action, despite the fact that "The Simpsons" is broadcast on sister network, Fox Entertainment.
According to Groening, Fox took exception to a Simpsons' version of the Fox News rolling news ticker which parodied the channel's anti-Democrat stance, with headlines like "Do Democrats Cause Cancer?"
"Fox fought against it and said they would sue the show," Groening said.
"We called their bluff because we didn't think Rupert Murdoch would pay for Fox to sue itself. So, we got away with it."
Other satirical Fox news bulletins featured in the show included: "Study: 92 per cent of Democrats are gay... JFK posthumously joins Republican Party... Oil slicks found to keep seals young, supple..."
While the lawsuit never materialized, Groening said some action was taken.
"Now Fox has a new rule that we can't do those little fake news crawls on the bottom of the screen in a cartoon because it might confuse the viewers into thinking it's real news," he said.
"The Simpsons," featuring the dysfunctional family of patriarch Homer Simpson and his rowdy brood, is now in its 14th year and is expected to become the longest-running situation comedy in US history in 2005.

Tonight, our neighbors were being...idiots....funny idiots. This one guy was trying to stretch condoms over his head. He tried different methods like pre-stretching the condom by blowing it up like a balloon but they kept on tearing anyway. He had to go through like 8 condoms before he gave up cuz they kept on ripping. Then they got all the ripped up pieces and put them in the upstairs bathroom. They're gonna try to do that again tomorrow...idiots

- Hmmm...today was interesting...today chris, cisco, and i decided to be pyros.
MATERIALS:
foam cup, WD-40, falcon Dust Off, and ALOTA matches.
PROCEDURE:
1) put all of the matches in foam cup and soak with WD-40
2) light the fuse leading to cup
3) watch experiment blow up
4) extinguish fire by kicking into nearby dry bushes.......mistake
CONCLUSION:
Bushes are flammable

- ALL CALPOLY PEOPLE! we should all go buy tickets for the Jay Leno Live show at the Christopher Cohan Center on Wed. November 5. I dunno the ticket prices yet, but i think the cheapest ones are $5.00 and the most expensive is $75.00 which is front-row-center. We should all go!!!

- I'm sitting in my computer class right now, the teacher is really getting on my nerves...he's trying to teach us how to use powerpoint, and him going into so much detail its disgusting. Does it look like i care?? My teacher is this graduate student who came from UC Davis (i think) who is now taking class here at calpoly. He's pretty cool though cuz he's basically the same age as us and talks to us like a friend would talk to you.
Im getting a little frustrated now cuz i still havent received a money order from a buyer on eBay i sold a CD too. But the joke is gonna be on her cuz the one im selling her is a bootleg i accidentally bought on eBay last month, so of course i gotta sell it back to someone...but i really dont think she'll care cuz i looked at her history of purchases which is basically all girl's dresses and jewelry and other crap...so i dont think she'll know that the cd im selling her is actually a bootleg.

- I have so much homework! I gotta write a stupid resume which i prolly dont need till i get a job next summer...i know its useful and all but this is just so stupid.
Today i ordered three more cds from YesAsia.com, and of course they are all by Ayumi Hamasaki...the album RAINBOW, and two singles evolution and Daybreak...it cost me like $53, kinda expensive for just 3 cds, but its Japanese, so it must be "rich".
hmmm...today cisco was being disgusting...outta nowhere he just picks up my exacto knife on my desk and starts cutting calluses (i think thats how u spell it) from his hand cuz he was playing raquetball earlier...and who knows where that knife has been....then he put the knife back on my desk without saying anything...i had to wipe it with an alcohol napkin thing. silly cisco!

- This is the shortest day in my life...haha, im so lazy, i woke up at 2:30 PM cuz of movie night yesterday, and im tired enough right now, i could fall asleep again after 4 hours of being awake

- Yesterday, Milton, Justin, and I went to Cindy's room for another movie night. We watched Scarface (with Al Pacino, that movie was a little too long, Cindy even fell asleep). We seriously needed a change of mood so we watched Malibu's Most Wanted, that movie was soooo hilarious!!. Then we watched Cradle to the Grave, this movie was another confusing movie with little plot and just a whole bunch of fighting....but it was still interesting i guess.
Cisco finally introduced me to Rurouni Kenshin, im actually hooked now....i was watching episodes 1-6 almost non-stop until i found out that cicso doesnt have episode 7, now i gotta wait for him to get that one so i could finish the series which is like 96 episodes.

Well, here's my blog....i know, it needs some work but im too lazy to do that right now.
Nothing much went on today, except that cisco totally reorganized the room so that now our beds actually face each other (so if he farts, im gonna really smell it this time LOL) For those who didnt already know, cisco is my roommate at CalPoly, the only thing that annoys me about him is that he always keeps these "secrets" from me, i dunno if these are even "secrets" or not. cuz he'll say he knows something and of course im gonna ask wut going on...and he wont tell me just because im "chow"...oh well. oh and one more thing (sorry cisco), sometimes i ask him why he does something....and his answer all the time is "cuz im a poor dirty mexican" LOL, he's actually racist against himself! but enough about cisco.
hmmm...wut else, oh, my chem teacher cant even speak english right (he's from africa...uganda i think) and it sounded like he kept on saying "shit" when he was actually saying "sheet" LOL, the whole class was laughing! he sounds very much like a sub from OHS.
